I am writing on behalf of SBV Services — both as a customer of AuthentIQ and as a partner in the business. As South Africa's largest mover of cash on behalf of the SARB and the Commercial Banking industry, proactive risk management is key to keeping South Africa Inc's money safe.

Layered Voice Analysis forms part of our ongoing risk mitigation function. We have deployed the AuthentIQ front end at our sites for intra-year staff vetting, while an AuthentIQ API connection allows us to manage adherence to on-road SOPs in real time via the radio link between our control room and our trucks.

We are currently designing a Driver Wellness process using the same API connection, as part of our Driver Safe Campaign — enabling preemptive identification of issues such as driver fatigue to protect our people and other road users.
